摘    要:安控策略的在线定值计算是系统临界控制定值计算的基础。提出一种基于扩展等面积准则(EEAC)和二分法搜索技术的安控策略在线计算方法,其核心是利用EEAC量化分析理论将控制空间中的候选控制措施按性能代价比排序,然后利用二分法搜索快速确定相应工况下的最优安控策略并得到相应的在线定值。该方法已在多个电网在线系统中得到实际应用。实践表明,该方法可极大缩短安控策略定值计算耗时,从而提高系统运行效率。

Abstract:On-line settings calculation of optimal control strategy for operation is the basis for threshold emergency control of power systems. A new on-line calculation method based on EEAC theory and binary searching algorithm is presented. Its key techniques are to sort the candidate control strategies in the control space according to the performance cost index obtained by EEAC quantitative theory, and to quickly determine optimal control strategy and the corresponding settings for appropriate conditions with the binary search algorithm. The proposed on-line calculation method has been successfully applied in several on-line systems, and the practice shows that the method can save much time in the on-line settings calculation as to improve the efficiency of system operation.
