摘    要:在云南异步联网验证性试验过程中,云南电网频率出现了长时间的超低频率振荡现象,威胁电网的安全稳定运行。在单机系统及BPA仿真系统下分析了水电机组调速器不同参数以及直流频率限制控制器对频率稳定性的影响,通过仿真计算提出了调整云南水电机组调速器死区、优化PI参数等措施,并比较了不同措施的特点。经过实际电网大、小扰动试验验证,本文所提措施可以有效解决异步后云南电网的超低频振荡问题。

Abstract:During the practical asynchronous interconnection experiment, Yunnan Power Grid experienced an ultra low frequency oscillation for a long period, which threatened the security and stability of China Southern Power Grid(CSG). In this paper, the effects of different hydro governor parameters and HVDC frequency limitation control (FLC) on the frequency stability are analyzed in a single generator system and the BPA simulation system. From a large amount of simulation, the measures of optimally adjusting the dead zones and PI parameters of hydro governors are proposed, and the characteristics of different measures are compared. The proposed measures can effectively solve the ultra low frequency oscillation problem in asynchronous interconnection mode of Yunnan Power Grid, which has been verified by the large and small disturbance experiments on the actual power grid.
