南方电网低碳发展战略思考*

摘    要:电力行业低碳发展是实现其可持续发展和我国CO2减排目标的重要保障。结合南方电网的低碳发展战略,分析了低碳电力的本质与内涵,揭示了电网企业在低碳发展中所面临的巨大机遇与挑战;根据南方电网的资源禀赋、供需分布与政策环境,剖析了南方电网实现低碳发展的优势;从电源电网协调建设、发展低碳电源、提高电网运行效率、引导需求侧低碳发展、推进电网运营管理等方面提出了南方电网的低碳发展战略。

Abstract:To realize the lowcarbon development of electrical power industy is an important leverage for its sustanable development and the emission reduction targets of CO2 in China. With a focus on the lowcarbon development strategy for China Southern Power Grid CSG, this paper discusses the concepts and nature of lowcarbon electricity, showing the great opportunities and challenges confronted by power grid enterprises in low carbon development. In consideration to the characteristics of CSG's resources distribution and supplydemand relation as well as the policy environment, the advantages of CSG in realization of lowcarbon development are elaborated, and its low carbon development strategys is proposed, covering several aspacts such as the coordination development of power generation and distribution, development of low carbon power source, enhancement of the efficiency of power grid, inducement of low carbon development in the demandside, and improvement of power grid corporation management.
