| 摘 要： | 现代大电网已成为国民经济的支柱产业之一,电网大停电事故会造成巨大的损失.介绍了国内外已发生的电网大停电事故的概况以及目前对大停电的认识,并通过数个典型案例探讨了大停电的机理,从技术和安全管理两个角度进行了反思,结合南方电网的实际情况给出了防范大停电的相关措施建议.

| Abstract: | The Modern bulk power system has been one of the backbone industries of national economy, and its blackout will result in tremendous losses. This paper makes a review on the blackout cases of bulk power systems around the world and analyzes their mechanisms based on typical case studies. In terms of technical management and security management, these happened blackouts are thought over, and the countermeasures to possible blackouts in China Southern Power Grid are proposed. |
