摘    要:在保障电力系统安全稳定的前提下,为实现经济效益最大化的系统运行控制目标,基于购电成本调度、电量进度调度和节能发电调度三类优化调度模型,选取购电成本、网损、标准煤耗和排污四个指标的偏差率作为评价指标,描述了预评估、实时评估和后评估的机制.然后,设计了电网经济运行管理技术支持系统的总体框架及相关的电网经济运行管理的组织架构,以保证所提出的经济运行评估机制的实际可操作性.

Abstract:In order to achieve the greatest benefit from the economic operation of power system on the premise of its security and stability, based on the three dispatching models of power purchase cost scheduling, power generation progress scheduling and energy-saving generation scheduling, and with the evaluation indexes of power purchase cost, energy losses, standardized coal consumption, and pollution emission, this paper discusses the evaluation mechanisms of pre-assessment, real-time assessment and post-assessment. Furthermore, the overall platform of technical supporting system and the related organizational structures for the system economic operation are designed as to ensure the operability of discussed evaluation mechamisms.
