摘    要:阐述了智能电网的历史、内涵、特征及其发展现状,总结了智能电网的关键基础技术,包括集成的通信技术、传感与测量技术、输配电设备技术、控制技术、决策支持和可视化技术。在此基础上,陈述了阿海珐输配电集团对智能电网建设的看法:为了确保电力系统的安全可靠运行和取得最好的经济效益,并实现节能、环保和可持续发展,要把智能电网作为一个长远的目标;优先发展坚强的输电网架,加强新技术在二次保护和控制系统中的集成应用;做好智能配电网的建设规划,发展可再生能源;建设有产、学、研相结合的优秀的智能电网建设团队,并积极开展国际合作。

Abstract:The historic development of Smart Grid as well as its connotation, features, and current status are de-scribed, and the relevant key technologies are summarized in this paper, including the integrated communication technol-ogy, sensor and measure-ment technology, T&D power apparatus technol-ogy, modern control tech-nique, and decision sup-port and visualization technique. Furthermore, a point of view of AREVA T&D on Smart Grid de-veloping is given as fol-lows: to take Smart Grid developing as a long-term process through which to ensure safe and reliable operation of the power system, to achieve optimal economic benefits, and to realize energy saving, en-vironment protecting and sustainable development; to develop strong network of power transmission in priority and to intensify integrated application of new technologies in the secondary protection and control system; to make a good planning for the T&D power system and to develop renewable energy sources; to organize a de-velopment team including experts in industry, uni-versity and institution and to do cooperation world-wide as well as possible.
