海南电网整合风力发电能力分析

摘    要:基于2010年海南省电网结构、负荷水平和风电机组特性,利用电力系统分析软件DIgSILENT/Power Factory,分析2010年风电整合规划水平对海南电网系统潮流、无功电压、电能质量以及暂态稳定性的影响。结果表明,当规划的300 MW风电场能够全部投运,由于海南电网的低负荷限制而损失的电量将达到可能发电量的18%;不会对电网电压产生实质性的影响,海南电网均可维持稳定运行;但风电场接入会对接入点谐波产生一定的影响。

Abstract:Based on the structure, load level, features of wind turbines of Hainan Power Grid HPG in 2010 and with DIgSILENT/Power Factory, an analysis software for power system, this paper analyzes the impact of integrating wind power capacity programmed in 2010 on the system flow, reactive voltage, power quality and transient stability of HPG. The results show that when the total programmed wind farms of 300 MW are into operation, the power loss will reach 18% of the total due to the low load level limitation of HPG; the influence of the wind power on the voltage of HPG will be neglectable so that the grid can run steadily; but the harmonic at the access to wind farm will be influenced somehow.
