| Abstract: | The security active power real-time dispatching system of the EMS in Yunnan Power Grid is introduced. The system integrates the automatic generation control and the security constrained dispatch into a closed-loop control system to implement the preventive and corrective control of tie line overload. Actual application of the system shows that this method is effective and feasible. |
