摘    要:如何迅速找到振荡源或最大参与振荡的机群并迅速解列,是解决电网低频振荡问题的关键所在。文章从云南电网振荡特性出发,采用基于功率振荡幅值和基于PRONY分析的解列原理判断系统是否处于振荡,根据机电波传播理论推导出判断云南振荡源的方法。该方法利用广域量测信息,能在线判别电网振荡源和给出解列振荡源措施。RTDS试验证实所提出的方法是正确有效的。

Abstract:How to find the oscillation source, i. e. the cluster of units which as the main role involved in an oscillation, and quickly make the units disconnected is the key issue to deal with the oscillation problem of power grid. According to the oscillation characteristics of Yunnan Power System YPS and with the disconnection principles based on power oscillation amplitude and on PRONY analysis, this paper deduces a method to make judgment of the oscillation situation of YPS based on the electromechanical wave theory. With widearea measurement the method can online determine which units are the oscillation source and how to disconnect them. The feasibility of the proposed method is verified with RTDS.
