摘    要:针对中压配电网规划的特点,提出了一种在满足供电半径、馈线配电变压器容量限额的前提下,10 kV馈线最佳供电能力的计算方法,得出了馈线在经济运行条件下负荷密度、馈线型号、配电变压器容量等之间的对应关系。分析了各种接线方式的线路不同情况下的最佳供电能力,并以电压质量、线损率等指标对结果进行了校核。以某地区实际配电网为例,验证了该方法在评估中压配电网最佳供电能力方面的可行性。该方法可用于优化网架结构,提高配电网的可靠性和经济性,以及指导城市中压配电网的规划建设。

Abstract:Aiming at the characteristics of medium voltage distribution planning, and under the premise of meeting the power supply radius and the limit of feeder distribution transformers' capacity, this paper presents a method to assess the power supply capability of 10 kV feeder in economic operation, and obtains the corresponding relationship among load density, feeder' s type and distribution transformers' capacity. The optimal power supply capabilities corresponding to different line configurations are analyzed, and further- more checked with the indices of voltage quality and line loss ratio. With a real medium voltage distribution network as an example, the feasibility of the proposed method is evaluated. The method can be expected to optimize grid structure, to improve the economy and reliability of distribution network, and to give guidance to real power network planning.
