基于层次分析法低压配电网改造方案迫切程度研究

摘    要:在电力系统中低压配电网规划中有必要将改造迫切程度高的项目首先安排实施。利用层次分析方法处理中低压配电网结构,建立了清晰的层次分析模型和各个指标的不合格函数值计算公式,再运用专家评分法进行同层次的各个指标的权重值设定。然后在5条馈线20个台区的配电网规划区域中进行了计算,分别得出了指标不合格馈线的改造迫切度排序及指标不合格台区的改造迫切度排序。

Abstract:The project with most urgent reconstruction should be firstly implemented in distribution network planning. AHP is used to treat the structure of distribution network planning in this paper. An analysis model with clear hierarchy and the failure function of each index are established, and the weighing value for each index with the expertlevel score is set up. Taking a region of 5 feeders and 20 desk areas as an example, the paper researches its distribution network planning, resulting in the order of urgency for the alteration of unqualified feeders, and the order for the alteration of unqualified desk areas.
