摘    要:随着新能源的快速发展,研究新形势下电网规划的关键技术迫在眉睫。梳理了协同新能源大规模发展的电网规划的总体思路和工作流程,总结了面对新能源并网的电网规划工作的主要环节和步骤。根据电网规划工作的实际要求,着重从新能源出力特性分析、大规模新能源对电网的影响分析、大规模新能源并网运行评估技术、大规模新能源接入的电网规划方法等几个方面,对电网规划工作中的主要问题和关键技术进行了分析和评述,并指出未来的主要研究目标。

Abstract:As new energy sources developing rapidly, there is urgent need to investigate the key technology of power grid planning under the new situation. This paper combs overall train of thought and work process of power grid planning, which allowing for the development of large scale new energy, and then, sums up major works and steps of network planning with new energy integrated into power grid. According to the actual requirements of power grid planning, the focus in this paper is on analyzing the issues below: output characteristics of new energy, influence of new energy integrated into power grid, operation assessment of power grid with large-scale new energy integrated, planning method of power grid with large-scale new energy accessed. The main problems and key technologies of power grid planning are analyzed and reviewed, pointing out the main targets for the future investigation.
