摘    要:根据中国在商用领域大规模使用电动汽车的情况,本文提出一种适用于商用电动汽车群组的有序充放电调度策略,以增加商用电动汽车群组所有者的收益。该策略通过聚合器作为电动汽车和电网之间联系的桥梁,合理调度电动汽车群组的充电时间和充电汽车的行驶数量,并参与电力市场实时交易。首先,在满足电力系统安全的情况下,建立了计及电力交易收益和车辆运营收益的模型,通过多属性效用理论进行优化。然后,采用遗传算法用于最小化电动汽车的多属性效用函数和日常调度。最后,基于某小型商用电动汽车群组进行算例仿真,并在中等规模商用电动汽车群组进行了有序充电与无序充电的负荷对比分析。结果表明该策略在确保电网安全的前提下,具有一定的经济效益,且能起到削峰填谷的作用。

Abstract:According to the large-scale use of electric vehicles in the commercial field of China,this paper proposes an orderly charging and discharging scheduling strategy suitable for commercial electric vehicle groups to increase the income of commercial electric vehicle group owners.This strategy uses the aggregator to act as a bridge between electric vehicles and the grid,rationally schedules the charging time of electric vehicle groups and the number of charging vehicles,and participates in real-time transactions in the electricity market.First of all,in the case of satisfying the safety of the power system,a model that takes into account the income of electricity trading and vehicle operation is established,and is optimized through the multi-attribute utility theory.Then the genetic algorithm is used to minimize the multi-attribute utility function and daily scheduling of electric vehicles.Finally,based on a small-scale commercial electric vehicle group,a simulation example is carried out,and the load comparison analysis of orderly charging and disorderly charging are carried out in a medium-scale commercial electric vehicle group.The results show that this strategy has certain economic benefits under the premise of ensuring the safety of the power grid,and can play a role in peak shaving and valley filling.
