中海油文昌柔性直流输电系统启停仿真分析

摘    要:柔性直流输电方式具有传统直流输电无法比拟的一些优点,例如可以向海上钻井平台、孤立小岛等无源网络供电。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真环境下建立了中海油文昌柔性直流输电系统模型,对该柔性输电系统的交流系统启动、直流系统启动、电动机接入启动和直流系统停运进行仿真分析。结果显示,所采用的控制和保护措施能减小系统在启动和停运的情况下对系统产生的影响,使系统快速达到稳定状态。

Abstract:In comparison with the conventional HVDC transmission method, VSC-HVDC has certain advantages, for example being able to supply power to offshore platforms, isolated islands and other passive networks. Establishing a simulation model for the CNOOC Wenchang VSC-HVDC transmission system in the PSCAD/EMTDC environment, this paper makes simulations of the system on the AC system start-up, DC system start-up, DC motor access start-up and DC system shutdown. The results show that the control and protection measures proposed in the paper can well reduce the impact of the start-up and shutdown on the system so that it reaches a steady state quickly.
