摘    要:为了提高静止无功补偿装置(SVC)在电网中的应用效果,基于南方电网500 kV变电站SVC装置的运行经验,总结了SVC装置运行管理中的主要难点及对策,包括定值整定、投运调试、运行管理模式、运行风险监测等。通过分析实际直流线路故障情况下SVC装置的动作行为,验证了南方电网现有SVC装置的定值和运行模式可以有效提高系统电压稳定水平和动态稳定的阻尼比,并指出SVC装置仍存在较大损耗和噪声的缺点。

Abstract:In order to increase the applicaton effect of SVC in power grids, and based on the operation experience of SVC devices installed in the 500 kV substations of China Southern Power Grid (CSG), this paper summerizes the key issues of SVC operation and related countermeasures, including value setting, field testing, operation management modes, and operational risk monitoring. By analyzing the behaviors of SVC in the case where faults accured in the DC transmisson line, the exsting setting values and operation modes of SVC in CSG are verified to be good enough for increasing effectively the system voltage stability and damping ratio of dynamic stabiity, but it is also pointed out that there is shortcoming of relatively large loss and noise in SVC.
