特高压工程塔式起重机组塔施工技术及装备的研究与应用

摘    要:特高压工程铁塔具有高度高、尺寸大、重量重、施工安全和施工精度要求严等特点,对输电线路铁塔组立施工技术及配套设备等提出了新的要求。结合塔式起重机性能安全可靠、起重力矩大、安装作业平稳、作业效率高、高空作业量小等优点,研制了我国首台用于特高压工程铁塔组立的专用组塔塔式起重机,并首次成功应用于特高压交流试验示范工程中。介绍了组塔塔式起重机的技术特点和基本参数,详细说明了在建设特高压工程铁塔时应用组塔塔式起重机所需要注意的事项,并以1 000 kV交流特高压试验示范工程为例介绍了整个特高压工程铁塔的组立过程。组塔塔式起重机保障了特高压电网建设的安全、高效与环保,对全面提升我国电网建设领域施工水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:The high, huge and heavy UHV steel pylon demands strict construction safety requirements and construction precision,new requirements are demanded on the construction technology and equipments. With its reliable performance, large lifting moment,stable installaion, fast operation, little aloft working, a new tower crane for pylon erection is developed for UHV project. The new tower crane is successfully applied to the UHV AC demostration project. The technical characteristics and basic specifications of the new tower crane is introduced, and some issues in erecting the UHV steel pylon using the new tower crane are given. The 1 000 kV AC demonstration project is taken as an example to illustrate the construction flow of a UHV steel pylon erection by the new tower crane. It is concluded that the new tower crane for pylon erection can ensure the safe, efficient and environment friendly construction of UHV power grid, and bear great significance in improving the overall power construction ability of China.
