| 摘 要： | 总结了2008年冰灾期间南方电网各片孤网运行期间不同类型发电机组表现、电网所采取的措施和电厂所采取的措施。指出当有必要孤网运行时，电网应采取主动实施孤岛运行策略，加强负荷调度，并始终保持继电保护和安自装置的适应性；电厂方面应采取切换到阀门控制模式、增大一次调频限制幅度、灵活调整OPC动作策略、适度增大一次调频死区等措施。
