摘    要:提出了基于组合权重的水质评价新模型 (CWEWQ) :根据水质评价标准表建立 2个判断矩阵 ,用基于加速遗传算法的的改进层次分析法确定各水质评价指标的单样本权重和样本集权重 ,对后两种权重进行组合得到各水样水质评价指标的综合权重 ,然后以这些综合权重与各水样相应评价指标的标准化值进行加权平均 ,得到水质评价的综合指标值 ,据此可对各水样进行分类排序。研究结果说明 :CWEWQ模型简便、通用 ,计算结果较为客观和稳定 ,可对实测水样的综合水质等级进行准确估计 ,为系统评价提供了新的有效方法。

Abstract:A new comprehensive evaluation model for water quality,named CWEWQ,is presented based on combined weights.Two judgement matrix are gained for estimating weights of evaluation indexes based on standard table of water quality evaluation,the analytic hierarchy process based on accelerating genetic algorithm is designed to compute both single sample weights and samples weights of evaluation indexes,the two kinds of weights can be combined with the comprehensive weights,the comprehensive index of water quality evaluation can be obtained by the comprehensive weights and standardization values of evaluation indexes,and then the samples of water quality can be classed and sorted.The research results show that CWEWQ model is simple and universal,its computed result is objective and stable, and the comprehensive grades of observed water quality samples can be estimated well and truly,which provides a new effective method for different system evaluations.
