坝下游面钢衬钢筋混凝土管道结构优化布置

摘    要:本文从管道截面形状、钢材用量和钢筋布置、钢衬外包混凝土厚度,管道与坝体相对位置及接缝处理四个方面,论述坝下游面钢衬钢筋混凝土管道结构设计的优化方法和原则.结合某水电站工程的实际,从优选的角度对该工程坝下游面钢衬钢筋混凝土管道的布置进行对比分析,表明从减小管线长度、节省工程投资的角度出发,建议采用半埋,外包1.5m厚混凝土的结构布置形式.

Abstract:From the section shape of penstocks, allocation of steel and arrangement of reinforcing bar, thickness of concrete around steel pipe as well as the interface between the dam and the penstock, the optimization method and principle of structural design of steel lining reinforced concrete penstocks on the downstream surface of dams have been discussed. In accordance with the practice of Jinanqiao hydropower station, contrastive analysis on the arrangement of this kind of penstock has been carried out by means of optimization method. An arrangement of semiburied type with 1 .5in-thick concrete wall is suggested in order to reduce the length of pipe line and economize the investment of the engineering.
