洞庭湖四口河系地区水资源需求及配置研究

摘    要:近50年来洞庭湖四口分水比例持续减少,四口河系地区的水资源矛盾日益突出。本文以作物需水分析方法为基础,以堤垸为单位,预测洞庭湖四口河系地区不同规划水平年、不同降水频率、不同发展模式、不同长江干流来水等情景下的水资源需求并进行供需分析。结果表明:洞庭湖四口河系地区现状总需水量24.4亿方,规划水平年需水量有30%到120%的增加,主要是工业需水增加;现状缺水2.27亿方,规划水平年总缺水量4.5~12.7亿m3,主要缺水区域为华容县与藕池河水系,主要缺水月份为春季与秋季。解决水资源短缺的主要途径为增加水资源调蓄能力。
