| 摘 要： | 能源、水资源的需求以及上游建库迫切要求对三峡水库汛限水位进行优化.本文分析了三峡水库汛限水位优化的方法,结合溪洛渡和向家坝建库,对防洪与航运进行了充分的分析,求得优化的防洪与航运约束条件,并在约束条件和原设运行方式的基础上对汛限水位进行优化.求得的优化调度方式不但易于操作,且在保证防洪和航运的基础上大大提高三峡水库的综合效益,可作为三峡水库实际调度的参考.
