不同水平年黄河上游梯级发电补偿效益的动态计算

摘    要:针对以往补偿效益的研究都是静态计算而言,本文结合不同水平年黄河干流梯级的滚动开发规划,考虑不同年代补偿效益的动态特性,采用黄河干流梯级水库补偿效益的仿真模型,计算了2000、2010以及2020三个水平年黄河上游径流式梯级电站的发电补偿效益.

Abstract:Aiming at the compensation benefits calculation combined with development layout of the Yellow River mainstream cascades is now taken into account the dynamic characteristic of different level years, the compensation benefit simulation model of the Yellow River mainstream cascade reservoirs is adopted to calculate the power generation compensation benefits of the Yellow River upstream run-of-river power stations in three level years of 2000,2010 and 2020.
