大型立式轴流泵站起动过渡过程研究

摘    要:本文从水量平衡及水泵机组力矩方程出发,建立起水泵从起动到同步的微分方程式。在计算过程中,比较完整地考虑了各种阻力矩对起动过程的影响,同时重点考察了平直管出水流道,具有快速闸门带小拍门断流装置形式的起动效果。最后,通过对计算结果的分析及运行方案对比,判断机组能否顺利牵入同步和扬水,最终进入稳定工况运行,从而为泵站的设计及运行提出科学合理的建议。

Abstract:The differential equation of pump station start-up transient is established and derived from discharge balance and moment equation of pump unit. All kinds of resisting moment effects upon pump start-up process are fully considered and the different operational results of outlet gate with little flap valve are also reviewed. At last, through analysis on calculating results and comparison among operational schemes, it is concluded that if pull-in steady operation of pump unit can be successfully realized, then it provides the reasonable suggestions for design and operation of pump station.
