抽水蓄能电站调频及备用效益计算方法研究

摘    要:抽水蓄能电站同火星,核电相互配合运行,经济效益十分显著,本文应用概率方法,以电力系统年电量不足期望值为计算指标,采用等效替代方法。研究了抽水蓄能电站装机容量在调峰填谷,调频和备用三项任务之间的划分及效益计算问题,并以十三陵抽水蓄能电站在京津唐电网中的实际运行情况为背景,指定十三陵抽水蓄能电站调峰填谷容量,计算其在电力系统中的调频和备用效益。

Abstract:A pumped storage station has good economic benefits when it operates with thermal and nuclear power plants. By using the equifinal substitution method and taking power system expected energy not supplied as the calculation criterion,this paper discusses the problems about the economic benefit calculation and capacity division among peak cutting, frequency modulation and spinning reserve of a pumped storage station. It also analyses the frequency modulation and reserve benefits of Shisanling pumped storage station in Beijing Tianjin Tangshan power system when the station's peak cutting capacity is given.
