3种烟气脱硝工艺技术经济比较分析

摘    要:目前烟气脱硝工艺主要有选择性催化还原法(SCR)、选择性非催化还原法(SNCR)和SNCR-SCR混合法,简要介绍这3种工艺的反应原理、工艺特点,并对其进行了技术经济对比分析。结果表明:(1)对NOx脱除效率要求较高时,采用SCR工艺最经济;(2)新建机组采用SCR工艺脱硝比较合适;(3)机组改造可以采用SNCR或SNCR-SCR方案;(4)SNCR-SCR混合工艺兼有SNCR和SCR技术的优点,对NOx脱除效率要求不很高时,宜采用SNCR-SCR工艺。
