| 摘 要： | 对某台320MW机组锅炉在尾部烟道加装低温省煤器,利用烟气余热加热机组凝结水,以降低电袋复合除尘器入口烟温。试验结果表明:加装低温省煤器后,汽轮机热耗率下降40.3kJ/(kW.h),机组供电煤耗降低1.425g/(kW.h);进入电袋复合除尘器的烟气温度降至130℃左右,满足进入脱硫装置排烟温度≤150℃的要求,同时消除了锅炉两侧烟道的烟温偏差,使机组可在任何负荷下安全运行。

| Abstract: | Low-temperature economizers were additionally installed in the flue duct of a boiler’s tail section for a 320 MW unit.To reduce the inlet temperature of electrostatic fabric filter,flue gas heat was used to heat the condensed water.Results show that,adding the low-temperature economizer made the turbine heat rate decrease by 40.3 kJ/(kW·h),the coal consumption rate of power supply reduce by 1.425 g/(kW·h),temperature of flue gas entered the electrostatic fabric filter decrease to about 130 ℃,meanwhile,it eliminated the temperature deviation of the boiler 2 sides flue gas duct.This satisfied the request that temperature of exhaust gas entered the desulfurization unit must below 150℃,and made the units can be operated safely under any loads. |
