高频加热设备温度模糊控制的优化设计及仿真

摘    要:提出一种模糊控制与PID控制相结合的优化算法,实现了对高频加热设备温度系统的良好控制。将其与常规PID算法的控制效果进行了仿真比较,结果表明模糊PID的优化算法具有更好的控制品质,可满足高频加热设备的温度控制要求。

Abstract:An optimized algorithm combining the fuzzy control with the PID control has been put forward,realizing a good control of the temperature system in the high frequency heating equipment.A simulation comparison between the said algorithm and the PID algorithm has been made,results show that the optimized algorithm of a fuzzy PID has more excellent control quality,satisfying the requirements of temperature control for the high frequency heating equipment.
