可调浓度燃烧器波形稳燃体出口流场特性的试验研究

摘    要:提出在燃烧器出口加装稳燃体和中心风的设想,依靠中心风的大小控制高温烟气热回流量来实现煤粉气流的着火与稳燃。研究结果表明,稳燃体和中心风均明显改善了喷口外各段的中心回流区,并使得喷口外速度分布变化平缓,但过量的中心风可破坏回流区。优化采用稳燃体及中心风率(小于4%)将使可调浓淡燃烧器真正实现高效燃烧、低负荷稳燃和低NOx排放。

Abstract:A tentative idea of adding combustionstabilizing body and central air at the outlet of burners has been put forward, the ignition and stable combustion of pulverized coal and air flow can be realized by controlling the hot back flow amount of high temperature flue gas with aid of the central air magnitude. Study results show that the central back flow zone of each section outside the jet has been obviously improved by the combustionstabilizing body and the central air, and making the variation of velocity distribution outside the jet to be gently, but excessive central air can destroy the back flow zone. The optimization of adopting combustionstabilizing body and central air (<4%) can make the tunable rich/lean berner to really realize the high efficient combustion, stable combustion at low load, and low emission of NO_x.
