空气分级燃烧锅炉的运行安全经济性研究

摘    要:结合两台不同燃烧方式的600 MW机组锅炉空气分级低NOx燃烧器使用情况,分析采用空气分级燃烧给锅炉带来的燃烧效率低、结渣、腐蚀严重等问题.结果表明,采用空气分级燃烧技术,易造成锅炉主燃烧区结渣、受热面高温腐蚀并且燃烧经济性变差,降低了锅炉的热效率.对此,可适当减小空气分级程度,或采用专门防结渣和防高温腐蚀等措施,以在降低NOx排放的同时,避免锅炉安全经济性的降低.

Abstract:Combined with the situation of using air-staging low NOx burners on boilers with different combustion modes for two 600 MW units,the serious problems,such as bad combustion efficiency,slagging,and corrosion etc.,resulted from air-staging combustion have been analysed.Analysis show that the air-staging combustion technology is easily to result in slagging on main combustion area,high-temperature corrosion on heating surface,bad economy in combustion,and decreasing of boiler's thermal efficiency.For these,the...
