电站水煤浆锅炉空气分级燃烧技术的试验研究

摘    要:对某新建670t/h燃用水煤浆锅炉的空气分级燃烧、水煤浆燃尽率以及锅炉结渣等对NOx排放的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用空气分级燃烧技术后,锅炉在530t/h负荷下运行,通过调整过量空气系数和配风方式,锅炉NOx排放量可降至380mg/m3(标准状态,下同);燃烧过量空气系数控制在1.2左右时,通过配风调整可以同时保证低NOx排放量和燃烧稳定、高效;水煤浆的燃尽率和锅炉结渣现象无明显恶化。

Abstract:The air-staged combustion technology has been adopted in design of a newly constructed 670 t/h coal-water slurry(CWS) fired boiler.In order to understand the influence of said technology upon the air distribution mode,the coefficient of excess air,the mode of putting coal-water slurry guns into operation,the burnout efficiency of CWS,the slagging condition,and the NOx emission,a large amount of tests has been carried out.Results show that the operation of said boiler is under a load of 530 t/h after adoptin...
