锅炉引风机电流偏大原因分析及处理措施

摘    要:对某厂2号锅炉引风机电机电流偏大问题进行了分析。检查发现活化器出口烟道顶部腐蚀、活化器出口导流板脱落、烟道磨损漏风是导致2号锅炉引风机电机电流偏大的主要原因。改进处理后电流恢复正常。

Abstract:Somewhat larger electric current of induced draft fan for boiler no.2 in one power plant has been analysed. It has been found from inspection that the main causes leading to somewhat larger electric current of said induced draft fan are as follows; (1) Top corrosion in outlet flue duct of the activator; (2) Fallaway of guide plates in outlet of the activator; (3) Air leakagein due to wornout of the flue duct. After retrofitting, the said electric current has returned to normal.
