摘    要:水煤浆雾化技术是水煤浆燃烧的关键技术之一。撞击式多级雾化水煤浆喷嘴雾化质量好、寿命长、气耗率低并有良好的防堵性能,经在山东白杨河电厂3号炉应用,燃烧效率达到98.8%以上。

TEST AND RESEARCH OF IMPACT TYPE MUTISTAGE ATOMIZING NOZZLE FOR COAL-WATER SLURRY
Abstract:The atomizing technology of coal-water slurry is a key problem for burning coal-water slurry. The title atomizing nozzle features good atomizing quality, long service life, low comsumption of pressure air, and outstanding anti-blockage performance. The application of said atomizing nozzle to boiler No 3 in Baiyanghe Thermal Power Plant shows, combustion efficiency of more than 98.8% can be achieved.
