摘    要:模拟生物质锅炉过热器区的气相条件,对奥氏体不锈钢TP316L进行腐蚀试验研究.通过试样的增重量,得出了腐蚀动力学曲线.利用配有能谱分析仪的扫描电镜和 X 射线衍射仪,对试样腐蚀后的形貌结构、元素含量和腐蚀产物的组成进行了分析.试验表明:(1)TP316L 对气相HCl和反应温度比较敏感,随着反应温度的增加,TP316L 的抗腐蚀性能明显降低,但总体上耐腐蚀性能良好;(2)气相中的SO2 会对氯化腐蚀产生抑制作用.
