摘    要:多能信息互联打通了不同能源系统间的信息交互通道,使跨系统的能源综合调度成为可能,进而可实现紧急状态下的多能相互支撑,为综合能源系统整体供能可靠性的提升提供了新的手段。以能源集线器(energy hub,EH)作为信息集成与多能交互的核心,建立多能信息互补优化方法,对多能协同过程进行精准刻画与通用计算;在此基础上提出了基于影响增量的可靠性评估方法,整合事故发生概率与负荷削减信息,得到量化可靠性指标;进而,提出了协同优化、多能互补对系统供能可靠性的影响分析技术。在算例分析中验证了所提方法的精度和效率,合理的多能协同模式能够提升系统可靠性,还可促进可再生能源的高比例接入。

Abstract:Multi-energy information interconnection builds up a communication bridge between the various energy carriers,which enables the cross system comprehensive energy dispatching possible,and realizes the mutual backup in emergencies.Therefore,it serves as a novel solution for reliability improvement in the integrated system of energy supply.Considering the energy hub as the core of the information integration and energy interaction,a multi-energy information complementation optimization method is designed to accurately portray and calculate the energy interaction process.On this basis,a reliability evaluation method based on impact increment is proposed,which integrates the accident probability and load reduction information to obtain the quantitative reliability index.Furthermore,an impact analytical technique is presented for coordinate optimization in an energy synthetic utilization system.It follows a case-study design to verify the efficiency and accuracy.It is found that the system can accomplish a more reliable and PV-friendly operation with a proper integration strategy.
