| 摘 要： | 2008年初我国南方罕见的冰雪灾害,造成了严重的电网事故.分析了灾害性气候对电网造成的严重影响、灾害的成因.通过对电力线路设计标准的思考,比较了国内外输电线路设计标准,提出了差异化设计的理念,并对完善输电线路设计和设防提出了建议.

| Abstract: | The scarcely-met icing snow disaster at the beginning of 2008 in South China caused a lot of serious grid faults.After the analysis on the cause of the disaster and its serious influences,a review about the design criteria of overhead power lines and comparison between the design criteria of transmission lines home and a- board are elaborater.Differential design conception is raised,and advices about how to improve design criterion and preventive measures of transmission lines are suggested. |
