中压交联聚乙烯电缆预制式接头施工工艺改进

摘    要:10 kV交联聚乙烯电缆预制式接头的结构设计存在缺陷,易引发电缆故障,但可以通过施工工艺的改进予以解决。介绍了该预制式接头的基本结构、施工过程以及对其典型故障原因进行的试验性分析。针对该接头因其结构缺陷而引起故障这一根本原因,改进了接头的施工工艺,取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Structure design defect existing in the prefabricated joint of 10 kV XLPE cable probably causes cable fault,but the defect can be solved with the improvement of the joint construction craft.The basic structure of the prefabricated joint and its construction procedure,as well as testing analysis of its typical fault cause are described.Focused on the basic cause of the joint structure defect,the improvement in the joint construction craft achieves good effect.
