大容量电气设备现场交流耐压试验装置的研制及其应用

摘    要:大容量电气设备(如变压器、电缆等)在现场进行工频交流耐压试验因受试验条件限制而难以进行。上海久隆电气设备试验有限公司研制的选用变频谐振系统作为交流耐压装置,解决了大容量电气设备现场进行交流耐压试验的难题,分析了该装置的目标设定、方案选择,以及设计原理和参数设计。交流耐压装置在不同类型变压器和电力电缆的现场应用,证明其实用性。

Abstract:It is difficult to implement the experiment of AC power frequency voltage withstand on site used by large capacity electrical equipments (e. g. , Transformer, cable). Shanghai Jiulong electric equipment experiment Co. , Ltd. develops the AC voltage withstand device by selecting variable frequency resonance system, and solves the problems in experiments implementation of AC voltage withstand on site used by large capacity electrical equipments. This paper analyzes aim setting, program selecting, design principle and parameter design of the device. And the AC voltage withstand devices have applied in different types of transformers and power cables, that is proven practical.
