基于IEEE 1588标准的全电网精确同步对时系统研究

摘    要:发展智能电网迫切需要各变电站、各级调度中心之间建立统一的时间同步机制,基于IEEE 1588标准的全电网精确同步对时系统是建立此时间同步机制的有效途径。阐述了IEEE 1588标准的精确对时原理、特点和必要性,以及同步与延迟计算的过程,分析了利用IEEE 1588标准同步对时的关键硬件和基本软件框架。在此基础之上,提出了全电网精确对时系统的部署与构架,以及利用IEEE 1588标准的精确对时效果的测试方法,通过其测试结果可以得知时钟同步的精准程度。

Abstract:Unified clock synchronization system among all substations and dispatching centers of all levels is badly needed for smart grid to develop.A precise clock synchronization system in the whole network based on IEEE 1588 standard is an effective way to build up this synchronization mechanics.Its principle and features of this precise synchronization system are presented,as well as the reason why this system is necessary for network.The process of synchronization and prolonging calculation are proposed,the key hardwares and basic software framework of synchronization system based on IEEE 1588 standard are analyzed,together with its test method.The test result shows the accuracy of this system.
