输电线路断线原因分析及应对措施

摘    要:通过对湖南省近几年输电线路断线事故的调查分析,从材料与力学角度归纳总结出导地线断线的原因主要有地线腐蚀失效,焊接接头断裂,放线施工发生金钩,导线过载运行熔断,铝股材质不良,导线舞动(振动)等。针对不同的原因从设计、入网检测、基建验收和运行等方面提出严格检查地线镀锌层质量、选用焊接质量好的导地线、保证施工质量、加强线路监测等治理措施,以提高输电线路的安全运行水平。

Abstract:On the investigation and analysis of transmission line break accident in Hunan Province during recent years,some main reasons were summarized for lines disconnection from the material and mechanical point of view,such as ground wire corrosion failure,welded joint fracture,conductor jingou during on-site construction,wires fused for over-operation,bad quality of aluminum wires and conductor galloping(vibration).In order to improve the safe operation level of the transmission lines,a series of control measures were proposed from design,quality testing,infrastructure inspection and operation.The quality of galvanized layer and welding process of ground wire and conductor should be checked strictly.At the same time,it was a good choice to ensure the quality of construction and strengthen line monitoring.
