| 摘 要： | SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)软件具有统计学分析运算、数据挖掘、预测分析和决策支持及相关服务功能。以某台200 MW汽轮机振动故障分析处理为例,介绍了SPSS软件中的线性相关性分析功能,对机组运行参数与汽轮机振动之间的相关性进行了统计分析,找出影响汽轮机振动的运行参数,进而确定了机组振动故障的原因。SPSS软件分析结果与机组实际振动情况相吻合,认为SPSS软件在处理汽轮机轴系振动等方面有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract: | SPSS（Statistical Product and Service Solutions） software has statistical analysis, data mining, prediction analysis or decision support, and related services function. Take the vibration fault analysis of a 200 MW steam turbine as an example, explained the function of linear correlation analysis of SPSS software, carried out the statistical analysis of the correlation between the parameters and the vibration of turbine unit, found the effect parameter of the turbine vibration, thus confirmed the unit vibration fault causes. SPSS software analysis result was consistent with the unit actual vibration, thought that the SPSS software had higher application value in vibration fault treatment on steam turbine. |
