内蒙古电网区外电源黑启动方案制定及仿真分析

摘    要:为了应对电网突发性大面积停电事故,开展了以区外电源作为黑启动电源点的内蒙古电网黑启动方案研究。根据内蒙古电网的结构特点,提出分别以华北电网500 k V变电站万全站和沽源站作为黑启动电源点的2种内蒙古电网黑启动方案。采用RTDS仿真软件对2种黑启动方案中线路可能出现的工频过电压、操作过电压进行了校核计算,验证了方案的可行性。同时分析了高压并联电抗器对线路过电压的影响,在黑启动初步送电方案的基础上,制定了内蒙古电网全面恢复供电的步骤和策略。

Abstract:In order to cope with sudden power blackouts, black start program research was carried out in Inner Mongolia Power Grid with outer zone power as the black start power points. According to the structural characteristics of the grid in Inner Mongolia, 2 black start programs were proposed, whose power points were 500 kV substations of North China Power Grid, Wanquan station and Guyuan station, carried out checking calculation for the possible power frequency overvohage, operating overvohage of the line of 2 black start programs using RTDS simulation software, verified the feasibility of the program. At the same time, the impact of high voltage shunt reactors on line over-voltage was analyzed. Based on black start power preliminary transmission program, it was developed that the steps and strategies of comprehensive restore power of the Inner Mongolia Power Grid.
