离子交换树脂含水量测定的不确定度评定

摘    要:利用AL204型电子天平对氯型强碱性阴离子交换树脂进行10次平行试验,测定其含水量,并对测量的不确定度进行评估。通过建立数学模型,分别对由电子天平的分辨率引入的不确定度、电子天平的称量不准确引入的不确定度及电子天平的测量重复性引入的不确定度进行分析,最终确定含水量测定的不确定度主要影响因素是天平的重复性称量。

Abstract:Using chloride type strongly basic anion exchange resin, by using the AL204 type electronic balance to do 10 times parallel test determination of moisture content, to assess the degree of uncertainty of measurement. Through the establishment of mathematical model, separately on the resolution, weighing accuracy and repeatability of measurement uncertainty of electronic balance, analysis of the three main sources of uncertainty. Ultimately determine the factors of uncertainty is the main impact of weighing repeatability balance.
