中等工作频率下MRPT传输效率研究

摘    要:针对磁共振式无线电能传输因工作频率过高难以付诸于实际应用的问题,从降低工作频率出发,研究了该电能传输在中等频率下电能传输效率。根据电路理论推导了电能传输特性,并根据中等频率条件下的线圈参数取值,研究了耦合系数、品质因数及负载对传输效率的影响及优化条件。研究表明:在传输距离相对固定的条件下,应设法提高线圈品质因数以获得较高传输效率,而在传输间距变化幅度较大时,应选择合适的线圈品质因数,以避免传输效率波动导致的电能传输不稳定;对于已有的电能传输系统,应根据耦合系数选择合适的阻抗,以获得传输效率的最优化。搭建了基于印制电路板的四线圈结构电能传输装置,在462 k Hz工作频率下进行了实验研究,得到了一致的结论。所做研究对磁共振式无线电能传输的实际应用具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the typical magnetic resonance power transfer (MRPT)is hardly used for the practical application due to its high operating frequency,the power transmission characteristics of the MRPT working in intermediate frequency is researched in this paper.Based on the circuit theory,the power transmission efficiency is analyzed,and the influences of the coupling coefficient,the quality factor and the load on the transmission efficiency are discussed.The research indicates that the quality factor of the transmitter and receiver coils should be improved when the transfer distance is fixed,while it must be well selected in order to keep the stable of power transmission when the transfer distance are varied largely.As to the existence coil,the impedance of the load must be matched appropriately for the optimizing of transmission efficiency.The experimental setup using four-coil structure based on the printed circuit board is established,and the validity of the research is verified with the operating frequency of 462 kHz.The research proposed in this paper has certain reference value for the practical application of MRPT.
