Abstract:The mapping and matching of the system's mathematical model and physical model according to circuit model library is one of the key techniques in fast testing of equipments based on models. Matching technique of circuit models is the basis of the fault diagnosis based on physical model. The fundamental mathematical and physical model units of analog circuits are summarized for the model-library, the model matching method for analog circuits is developed based on differential evolution algorithm because of the analog circuits which is the basis unit of the equipments. The experimental results of an impedance measuring circuit show that the model structure can be matched perfectly by this method, and the matching error of model parameters is below than 1%.
