基于Pt100的红外干燥箱动态温度补偿方法研究

摘    要:本文针对红外干燥箱中传感器具有较大温度滞后性的缺点,将自适应算法与基于数字滤波方法的动态补偿有机结合,提出了一种自适应温度动态补偿方法。首先建立Pt100温度传感器的模型,并采用双传感器法在线计算传感器的时间参数。应用Savitzky-Golay滤波对温度采样数据进行滤波,以防高频噪声干扰;应用预测中值滤波、固定窗长的滑动滤波对温度时间变化率和时间常数进行滤波,保证Pt100的温度测定的准确性。利用测温曲线的拐点和温度相对误差,自适应判断补偿的起点与终点。为了验证该动态温度补偿方法的有效性,进行了阶跃响应、测温对比及温控实验,实测结果表明本方法能有效缩短传感器响应时间并减小温控过程中因传感器滞后造成的温度超调。

Abstract:To reduce the big overshoot of temperature caused by the lag of temperature sensor,an algorithm for dy-namic compensation is proposed,which combines the adaptive decision and dynamic compensation based on Pt100. The proposed approach develops a mathematical model of Pt100 temperature sensor.Based on the model,the time constant is measured using dual sensors method.In order to reduce the high frequency noise,the sample data are filtered by a Savitzky-Golay filter.The derivation of temperature is smoothed by a prediction-median filter,and the real-time time constant is filtered by a sliding filter with fixed length.The algorithm can judge the starting point and the end point adaptively by calculating the inflection point and the relative error of temperature.The algorithm is tested by the step response experiments,the comparison experiments and the temperature control experiments.The result shows that the dynamic characteristics of Pt100 can be significantly improved by the compensation algorithm, which provide the precondition for the accurate temperature control in oven and improve the accuracy of the mois-ture detection.
