摘    要:本文提出了一种新型的固体颗粒料质量流量的检测方法,该种方法利用两个相邻布置能够测量物料重量的性能一致的传感器检测出固体颗粒料的运动速度,进而利用所测得的速度值和重量值根据推导的计算公式计算出物料的质量流量。文中对测量原理进行了详细的说明,并给出了两种计算精度不同的质量流量计算公式及相应的理论推导过程,分析后发现两种计算公式在计算质量流量时有精度差异,但在计算物料累计质量时几乎等同。文章最后对该方法的应用特点进行了分析。

Abstract:A new measurement method of mass flow rate for solid -granule material is proposed in this paper. Two neighboring -installed sensors are used to test the velocity of solid granule material, which have uniform performance and can output electrical signals directly related to the weight or having certain conversion formula with the weight. Then mass flow rate of solid granule material can be calculated based on certain formulae containing velocity and weight measured by sensors. The principle of this measurement is illuminated in detail and the theoretic derivation on two calculation formulae of mass flow rate that have different precision is provided at length. Although two formulae have different precision in calculating mass flow, but they are almost identical in calculating accumulative mass of solid granule material. The application characteristics of this measurement method are analyzed at the end of this paper.
