Bang-Bang+模糊PID煤湿度控制器设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了湖南湘潭钢铁集团有限公司煤湿度控制系统,采用Bang-Bang与模糊PID相结合的控制策略,利用模糊控制技术在线调整PID的参数来优化PID性能,使系统在静态、动态都有比较理想的性能指标。选用ARM7 LPC2131作为控制器,给出了控制系统的结构图和模糊规则表,并对控制器硬、软件进行了设计。实际运行结果表明控制系统具有较好的控制性能。

Abstract:The coal moisture control system of XIANGTAN STEEL GROUP CO.,LTD.STEEL WIRE ROPE FACTORY is introduced,in which the control strategy by integrating Bang-Bang and fuzzy PID control is used.The optimizing PID property by using fuzzy control to online adjust the parameter of PID makes static and dynamic performance of the system better.In this paper,ARM7 LPC2131 is selected as the controller,the structure diagram of control system and fuzzy rule table is given and the fuzzy controller hardware and software is designed.The result indicates that the control system has better control property.
