摘    要:高精度时间在国防、科研等领域正在发挥着日益重要的作用,而要提高计算原子时的准确度,消除原子钟信号的噪声是关键的步骤之一.为此,本文利用小波包分解算法对原子钟信号进行了必要的消噪处理,这样我们得到了平稳的原子钟信号,利用这些数据重新计算国家授时中心原子时TA(NTSC),计算结果表明经过消噪处理提高了TA(NTSC)稳定度和准确度;在文中还采用了目前用的比较多的Kalman滤波算法与之进行了比较,结果显示根据滤波强度的不同,此两种算法都可以达到所需要求.

Abstract:It is necessary for achieving the more accurate atomic time (TA) to reduce the noise of the atomic clock signal. In this paper, a processing method that uses the wavelet packets decomposition algorithm is developed. In order to determine if the method is good or bad, a comparison between the wavelet packets decomposition algorithm and Kalman filter is given. After that two processing, two columns of new data can be gotten. By using those new data and atomic time algorithm, the more accurate and stable location atom time of National Time Service Center (TA(NTSC))are calculated. The results indicated that wavelet packets decomposition algorithm is a useful algorithm for calculating TA.
