摘    要:PID控制由于鲁棒性好和易于实现等优点,在工业上广泛应用;但是PID参数整定繁琐、难以达到最优状态、控制结果出现较强的振荡和大超调等问题。在传统的混沌算法的基础上,引入微粒群算法的寻优思想,形成了一种新的混沌算法,并应用在PID控制器的参数优化上。仿真证明了该算法能有效地实现PID参数最优整定,控制结果具有稳定、超调小、响应快的优点。该算法寻优速度快,效率高,容易实现,其性能优于常规遗传算法,为解决PID控制器参数全局最优设计提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract:PID control has been widely applied in industrial process control because of its robust and easy realization, but it is difficult to tune the parameters of PID controller, which often leads to oscillation and overshoot. A new chaos algorithm is formed by combining traditional chaos algorithm and particle swarm optimization, and used in PID controller to optimize parameters. Simulation results show that the algorithm is efficient to realize self - tuning global optimal parameters of PID controller, has the advantages of stability and small overshoot. The algorithm features fast optimization, high efficiency, and easy realization, and its performance is better than that of conventional genetic algorithm. The algorithm provides an effective method for global parameter optimization of PID controller.
