摘    要:即使整个ATS从传感器、信号调理到数据采集设备均选用世界一流的产品,也难以保证集成后的系统满足预定的测量精度,甚至系统的静态精度都不能满足测量要求.本文分析了造成系统精度降低的主要原因在于测量信道的非理想频率特性,并研究了修正测量信道频率特性的频域补偿方法和进一步改善测量精度的数字滤波方法.实测结果表明,该方法可以显著提高ATS的测量精度.

Abstract:Even if selecting top-ranking products from all sensors, signal conditionings, to data acquisition equipments in an Automatic Test System, it is still difficult for the integrated test system to meet the predicted measurement precision requirements, and sometimes even the static precision can not meet the measurement requirement. Through analyzing, the main reason for precision decrease is the non-ideal frequency response characteristic of the signal path in the system. Frequency domain compensation and digital filtering methods were studied to correct the frequency response character/stic of the signal path and improve the measurement precision. Actual test resuits indicated that the proposed method improves ATS measurement precision notably.
